Want to Eat More Fibre? Start Here.

Fibre is everywhere on social media right now.

From “fibremaxxing” to supplements, powders and extremely high-fibre meals, it can sometimes feel like the goal is simply to eat as much fibre as possible.

But more isn't automatically better.

That's why I created Fibre Feast — a practical, evidence-based guide to help you understand fibre, discover naturally fibre-rich foods and add more of them to your diet without taking things to extremes.

This isn't a guide that tells you to live on bran and fibre supplements.

You'll find proper meals such as:

Protein Banana Oats • Smoky Chickpea & Zucchini Egg Skillet • Sweet Potato Turkey Chili • Honey Apple Roasted Chicken • Harissa Cod with Creamy White Beans • Tomato & Lentil Bolognese • Black Bean Steak Stir Fry • Salmon Sweet Potato Tray • Raspberry Jam Thumbprint Cookies • Chia & Raspberry Pudding — and more.

The guide includes a full range of 20 recipes, with clear dietary labels to make choosing suitable recipes easier.

Fibre Is Important — But More Isn't Always Better

Most adults should aim for around 25–30g of fibre per day, although individual needs can vary.

And suddenly increasing your intake isn't necessarily the answer.

Increasing fibre too quickly can cause digestive discomfort, which is why Fibre Feast focuses on gradually adding fibre-rich whole foods rather than chasing the highest number possible.

The aim isn't fibre at all costs.

It's a balanced diet that gives your body fibre alongside protein, carbohydrates, healthy fats, vitamins and minerals.

Discover Where Your Fibre Actually Comes From

One of my favourite parts of Fibre Feast is the collection of visual cheat sheets.

You'll be able to quickly compare everyday fibre sources including:

Lentils • Chickpeas • Beans • Oats • Quinoa • Pears • Raspberries • Avocado • Broccoli • Sweet Potato • Chia Seeds • Flaxseeds • Almonds and more.

For example, the guide shows how fibre can come from many different food groups — from legumes and whole grains to fruit, vegetables, nuts and seeds.

No Fibremaxxing Required 😉

You don't need to turn every meal into a fibre challenge.

You don't need to suddenly double your intake.

And you don't need to rely on supplements just because they're trending online.

Fibre Feast is about understanding fibre first — then making simple changes that work in real life.
